We set all of our students up for success and we give them the basic knowledge on our state laws and rules while advancing into business, branding, brand identity, content creation and so much more including certification classes while in school.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Montia Shardae is a Licensed Cosmetologist with over 16 years of professional experience. Montia Shardae Specializes in all things Beauty just specifically Skin and Makeup, With her Master’s in Makeup Artistry and Instructor training from Makeup Designory and Paul Mitchell The School. Montia’s Bubbly personality and spirit is one that is unmatched. Montia believes in that all things are possible and that no dream is too big ! She’s the
woman and leader she is today because she keeps God first and foremost of her life, She’s also a proud mother of one beautiful girl and Wife to an amazing master barber.

"I wanted to wait until after our graduation ceremony so that I could speak from 100% full experience on having attended this school. So here we are. :) Some important key factors about my review:

I’m over 35 and have been a makeup artist my whole life. For one various reason to the next as a military spouse, esthetics school never worked out until now.I was a part of the second night class to have graduated this school. That being said every new school needs to find its stride and despite any small hiccups, I would change nothing.

From day one Mrs. Montia has dedicated herself to doing and offering the best she had to offer as our initial instructor. 1/4 way though Ms. Tara stepped in and assumed the role as our night instructor while the school underwent some admin adjustments.

Experiencing the dedication from Ms. Tara and the way in which she created the flexibility I needed as someone well into my career, I felt cared for and pushed out of my comfort zone at the same time- which was just what I needed. These women both give of themselves!

As with anything to enter into this field you must be self motivated, self reliant and determined to achieve your goals but with the help of the both of them I was able pass my practical and theory with a high score, the first time around.

I am prepared to launch my business shortly and owe a lot to the business acumen offered, critical thinking required, hands-on training received and the love that was poured.
